1. Keep them Short and to the Point
No one likes run on sentences! The same goes for email titles. As stated in an earlier post, keep the length of your eblast headline around 50 Characters (including spaces). I generally don’t suggest complete sentences, fragments are fine to use, often you can convey more in 2 – 3 fragments separated by a ~ or – than a sentence.
2. Include the Area or Subdivision in the Title
If the property you have listed is in a prestigious neighborhood such as the Oaks or Bird Key include it in the title. The same goes for properties “West of the Trail” or in a notable area.
Everyone has been known to skim eblasts for properties in a particular area, this will help yours stand out.
3. Include your listings highlights in the headline. If you are using fragments this is perfect for you!
Examples of this can be:
Turn key furnished
Full Updated
New Construction
Designer Kitchen
Upscale
Gated
Etc
4. If it’s your listing is the best priced in the area or has had a price reduction, put the price in the Headline. This is often one of the primary factors for buyers, if your property it’s within their price range of their clients, your recipient is more likely to pay attention to it.
